Sadly no cream...
Why? Because that would be too many calories - today is the first day of a new regime - I'm cutting down - so fruit is my friend and I will be eating a lot more of it.
Notice I did not use the "D" word - I'm not on one of those - I'm just being a bit more selective. We'll see how long it lasts - my photo a day has lasted 93 days so far, let's see if I can do the same on the food front!!
Breakfast on 9/6/08
I was going to go easy on the calories this morning and stick with fruit and a bagel, but they took that off their menu, which is horribly sad. So I got fruit pancakes with no bacon, instead. So yummy! Not sure on how many calories are here, though. I also drank 2% milk, which rocks. I don't drink enough milk.
